Equipment may not supplied as part of most bookings so please do ask before you book - we can often find equipment for you to hire.
Wear closed toe shoes (No wellies, sandles, sliders, crocs etc). Something that provides support to ankles and the sole of your foot.
Wear appropaite clothing for the weather (No denim or cotton as they weigh alot when wet!). Such as a wooly hat in the winter/autumn and sun cream in the summer.
Something dry/sealed for food or lunch to be carried in.
Some water for on the water.
A suitable Helmet (if required)
A suitable Bouyancy Aid
Drysuits can be very helpfull in the colder months. Wetsutis are also great but need to be wet to work well - A raincoat can also be a good addition for your kit.
Once a booking form has been submitted digitally or physically, the client is responsible to pay a minimum of a 50% deposit if more than 28 days before course start date; or 100% deposit is required if booking is less than 28 days before course start date. This shall secure the booking. All payment to be made via bank transfer (see Invoice for payment details) or cash if agreed in advance.
Full payment of outstanding monies is required no less than 14 days before the indicated start date on the invoice. Failure to pay in full 14 days prior to course start shall result in the booking being treated as being canceled by the client.
Course dates may be changed by the client, these must be submitted 28 days before the course start If less than 28 days then this will be subject to a £20 administration fee.

Clients can cancel courses, but terms do apply in certain situations;
If the client cancels more than, but not including, 14 days before the start date of the course for any reason the deposit shall be forfeited.
If the client cancels less than, and including, 14 days before the start date of the course, all paid monies are forfeited.
Notice of cancellation shall be acknowledged within 5 days, and the booking stands until the clients has received such notification.
The first £50 of any booking is classed as the non-refundable deposit.
By Fluidtuition
If canceled for any reasons, clients shall be offered a new date, or alternative course (whichever is most suitable at the time) before refunds will be given.
Possible reasons for cancelations could include, weather, political guidlines, environmental, geographical or personal.
We recommend that clients look at sports/cancellation insurances to help cover any of their own losses or cover fees they are required to pay inline with the cancellation terms and conditions as part of the booking process.
